Plasmacar Troubleshooting

There are very few things more annoying and frustrating than getting yourself something that you’ve wanted for so long, and then finding that a part is missing, or indeed the product doesn’t work as you expect it to. We hate mucking around with things like this, so we thought we’d dedicate this week’s blog to Plasmacar troubleshooting, which may help if you find yourself having a little trouble with your new toy:- If your Plasmacar doesn’t go forward: Move the steering wheel from left to right continuously, and you’ll find yourself moving forward as fast as you like. No batteries are required.
- If a part is missing from your Plasmacar: Get on the phone to us and we’ll send you out a replacement straight away, with the delivery option which means it gets there as quickly as possible. This is very rare, as we check them before they leave the warehouse.
- If you find that you can’t get anyone to give you a go: Not much we can do about this one, we’re afraid. They are totally fun and completely addictive…and we like it that way.
If you have any questions about our products or service, or would like a hand with a Plasmacar that you already own, please get in touch and we’ll happily answer any questions you may have.

Do you sell parts? My son has just broken the front wheels on my daughters car by throwing it across the back yard!

Hello there, I assembled the plasmacar followed by the instruction, but unfortunately, the steering front wheel can’t fit in no matter how I tighten the nut in the steering column. Would you help me figure it out where it goes wrong?
Thanks.
