Making a contract with us
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. Once we have checked the price and availability of the goods, we will e-mail you again to confirm that we accept your order, and that a contract has been made between us. We will not take payment from you until we have accepted your order. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. You will not receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of your order, and there will be no contract between us.
If the goods are not available, we may supply you with substitute goods. If you decide not to accept the substitute goods, you will not have to pay to return them to us.
How to place order
When you place an order through our website you use our shopping cart function. Once you have all the goods you need we will redirect you to our Google Shopping cart function where you will make payment. Upon making an order you will receive an email from Google Checkout confirming on your order.
We deliver all goods by next working day courier. All orders received before 2.00pm are dispatched the same day. We do not charge your card until the date of despatch – although Google may initiate a charge earlier dependent on its security procedures.
Deliveries to a home address can take place anytime between 8am – 8pm (and can particularly run later than 5pm during the Christmas run-up period). Deliveries to a work address are made during 9am – 5pm. If you wish to instruct the delivery driver to leave a parcel with a neighbour or in a certain area please leave a signed and dated note on your door instructing them to do so. For home addresses in mainland UK (not incl. Northern Scotland) DHL will make 3 delivery attempts on three consecutive week days and to other addresses they will make just 1 delivery attempt only before the parcel is taken to the depot and held for 3-5 days where it will need to be collected. DHL will leave a card with instructions on how to do so, please ensure you collect the parcel in this time-frame or the parcel will be returned to us and there will be a redelivery charge of £7.50 before we can send your order out to you again.

Cancellation and Returns
This policy does not apply to the following goods, which are exempt from the right to cancel: not applicable.
You can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. To do this, please e-mail us or write to us. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future. If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense.
You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value. This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights — for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.
Changes to these terms
We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders.

We can deliver to countries within Europe only, but do not deliver to countries outside of the EU. International orders can not be made through the website – please email us before ordering with details of the products that you would like to order and your delivery address and contact telephone number, and we will send you a Pay Pal invoice for payment.
